外国人留学生支援制度

現在，県立広島大学には，世界各国の協定校からの交換留学生（学部?大学院），及び正規生，研究生が約9０名在籍しており，日本人学生と共に学び，充実した学生生活を送っています。

At present, about 90 exchange students (undergraduate and graduate), regular students and research students from partner universities around the world are enrolled at PUH, studying together with Japanese students and enjoying a fulfilling student life.

県立広島大学では，外国人留学生の皆さんが少しでも早く本学の学生生活や日本の生活に馴染めるように様々な支援を行っています。
​PUH provides a variety of support services to help international students adjust to life in Japan as quickly as possible.

バディ制度/Buddy System

バディ制度とは，留学生が日本の生活に早く馴染めるように，また，より有意義な留学期間を過ごすことが出来るようにサポートする「学生ボランティア」です。
日本（大学）で生活するためのルールや習慣を学んだり，学内のイベントを一緒に盛り上げたり，授業に関係する様々な相談に乗ったりしています。
留学生支援だけでなく，バディ学生自身の国際交流体験にもつながっています。

The buddy system is a 'student volunteer' system that supports international students to help them adjust quickly to life in Japan and to make their study period more meaningful.

 広島スタディツアー/Study Tour

「広島スタディツアー」は，留学生と在学生が，広島の様々な場所を訪問し，交流を深めながら，広島の特色や日本の文化について学ぶことを目的としています。
 ​The Hiroshima Study Tour is designed to enable international students and the other students to visit various places in Hiroshima, deepen exchanges and learn about the special features of Hiroshima and Japanese culture.

留学生歓迎会 Welcome Party

留学生歓迎会を開催しています。留学生，日本人学生，教職員合わせて約５０名が毎回参加しています。
PUH holds welcome parties for international students. A total of about 50 international and Japanese students, faculty and staff attend every party.

留学カフェ International Exchange Meeting

学生主体で実施している国際交流活動です。
ここでは留学経験者が留学に興味がある学生の相談相手になるほか、外国人留学生と日本人学生が交流する場にもなっています。
毎週１～２回定期開催をしています。
一緒に昼食をとりながら留学相談や国際交流することが基本の形ですが、留学生が自分の出身地を紹介したり、留学経験者の体験談を聞いたりするイベントや、花見や節分など日本文化を一緒に楽しむイベントもあります。国際交流が好きな学生が集まる楽しいイベントです。

This is a student-led international exchange activity.
It is a place where students who have studied abroad can consult with students who are interested in studying abroad, and where international students and Japanese students can interact with each other.
This is regularly held once or twice a week.
Basically, we have lunch together while discussing study abroad and international exchange. Sometimes, there are events where international students introduce their hometowns and listen to the experiences of those who have studied abroad as well as where we enjoy Japanese culture together, such as Hanami and Setsubun.
It is a fun event where students who like international exchange gather.
